Villa Kampos is a newly built villa located on a private green fenced area of 2.5 acres in the area of Vanato, very close to the town of Zakynthos and the beach of Tsilivi.
It has a private pool and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa is fully equipped with all comforts so that our guests can spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Villa Kampos consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms one with one queen sized bed and one more with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and the necessary equipment for making meals. There is a seating area and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
The first floor is identical to the ground floor. There are also 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has additionally a double sofa bed and it has separate access and entrance for greater autonomy of the guests.
The villa is set in a fenced private area of 2.5 acres with a private pool with counter current swimming pool system. All exterior spaces are well-formed with taste and functionality. There is a communal wc and laundry room where you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We also offer private parking in the fenced area of the villa and lush gardens.
The location of the villa is right in the center of Kampos (Plains in Greek). For this reason the property was also named Villa Kampos. It is a quiet area, very close to the town of Zakynthos and the sights that are there, such as the squares, the church of Agios Dionysios, museums, Strani Hill, Bohali and the castle and many more. It is also a short distance from the sandy beach of Tsilivi, where you can take a swim in the beach in less than 10 minutes by car.
There are many amenities nearby, such as restaurants, delivery, supermarkets. The geographical position of the villa centrally on the island, in Kampos, is ideal to serve as a base for the island's great sights such as the Shipwreck and the Blue Caves.
